Health & Safety

Consideration of the welfare, health and safety of our staff and everyone affected by our work is of paramount importance to Impact.

Every activity, whether on site or in our production facility, have been carefully considered and all reasonable and appropriate steps have been taken to reduce all identified risks.

Specific project Risk Assessments and Method Statements were produced at inception of the company in 2006 and they have been updated and amended annually. Whenever a new task or situation arises a news RA is developed which includes input from every individual taking part in the activity.

Regular training for office and site staff ensures that the implications of new working practices and changing legislation are considered by Impact and appropriate actions or procedures are adopted quickly and efficiently. Our project review process, during which we recognise the successes and setbacks of every scheme, contains an analysis of the welfare, health and safety approach in order that future Method Statements and Risk Assessments may be informed by our experience.
